We are pleased to announce that Cesium version 1.3 is now available for download. While this is mostly a bugfix release, there were some minor enhancements:
- Added support to the
CesiumTerrainProviderfor terrain tiles with more than 64K vertices, which is common for sub-meter terrain.
Primitive.compressVertices. When true (default), geometry vertices are compressed to save GPU memory.
- Reduced the amount of GPU memory used by billboards and labels.
