mapalupa, developed by EOX and built on Cesium, allows users to publish their geodata on a globe with just drag and drop. The goal is to make geodata easy to configure, share, and use. More behind-the-scenes details are provided in the mapalupa blog.

Users have already come up with a number of applications, showcased in the mapalupa Example Gallery. Check out the Sentinel-2 Cloudless globe, a GeoTIFF example from northern Italy showing off the 3D-relief of the Alps, a historic globe from 1719, and the Moon Globe.

Users can try it for free and sign up to save a custom widget.
